If you find that your computer's web camera doesn't work - in other words the screen is blank, it may be due to it already being used by another program e.g. Skype or it is being accessed by another web browser.
To remedy the situation, ensure all programs and browsers on your computer (Windows or Macintosh) are closed before you begin your interview.
Check the camera settings by clicking the camera icon within the web browser or from the top of your computer screen (Firefox users), or within your browser search bar (Chrome and Opera users).
If you still have issues, then we'd suggest you refresh your browser or close it down and start over. This may however affect any uploading of questions occurring in the background and as such we only recommend doing this between your practise question and actual interview commencing.
