If you continue to have issues, you can uninstall the App. Any data saved in it will be erased.
To uninstall the App:
- Touch and hold the app.
- Drag it to the icon at the top of the screen that says Uninstall.
- If you want to use the app again, you can try reinstalling.
- An alternative is to use the web based version, which can be found via your interview welcome email.
- If you still have issues, you can contact the employer to make alternative arrangements.
